Can't wait in all day for the wind to blow and after yesterday’s waste of time sail it was nice to get out on the bikes with Mag:) Nice morning at home in the sunshine, up the town to get ingredients to make a carrot cake then after dinner with no sign of wind we made a flask and did our Around Felixstowe 12-mile ride ending up at Falkenham church for cake and a cuppa. Then onto Kings Fleet, spotting the beautiful yellow wagtails and a hare running off:) The blue skies appeared again as we biked along the pretty River Deben and back by the sea.
Might be some breeze tomorrow and a good tide for a longboard cruise up the Deben – fingers crossed!
